These days many individuals are throwing away their desk jobs at corporate headquarters for a convenient job in the home. There are so many reasons why individuals choose to work from home. Some have home-based businesses so that they may take care of their children and still acquire money each month to pay the bills. Others prefer to work from home as they are tired of making long commutes to and from their office and simply feel that they can get more done by working from home. For those who are looking for the perfect work at home position, there are a few factors, which equate with a best-rated home-based business.
Good Work Environment
When an individual chooses to work from home, it is necessary that they have a comfortable and efficient homework environment. This usually entails having a home office set up so that one can work in the home setting yet not have to deal with the daily distractions that may occur without a home office. A good work environment is one factor, which equates with a best-rated home-based business.
Lucrative
In order to be a best rated home-based business, the business itself must be lucrative. If a business is not making money and not of a lucrative nature, one cannot say that it is the best business possible as after all businesses are mainly about revenue. A business that is lucrative is one, which is considered to be a best rated home-based business.
Good Products and/or Service
When an individual runs a business, they are most likely selling a product or offering a service to the general public. One must have a business that sells good products or offers valuable services in order to be a best rated home based business. If the business itself is one, which has a high demand for the item being offered, it is one, which will be lucrative, and ultimately a best rated home based business.
Conclusion
Working from home provides a wealth of opportunities for many individuals. Not only does it provide a way for individuals to gain a steady income but it allows them to cater to their other needs as well. Parents are able to stay at home with their children and not have to put them in a day care facility and individuals do not have to struggle with long and arduous commutes day after day. In order for one’s business to truly be a best rated home based business, it should be set in a good work environment, lucrative in nature and offer good products and services to the general public. If all of these factors are met, one has a good chance of having a successful business.

The Wave of the Future
Copyright: Earl Williams
The NetMarketer
If you are a home based business opportunity seeker, congratulations. You may not know it, but you are an innovator, and you are helping redefine how the world conducts its business. With the rapid expansion of the Internet, sooner or later you will find the financial rewards that you are looking for.
In any societal revolution, it is the people who try to do things better who come out on top. When the Agricultural Revolution happened, the men who understood farming and husbandry gained the most. When the Industrial Revolution came about, it was the men who harnessed the power of machinery who became the wealthiest. And today, in the Information Revolution, it is those who can understand and harness the power of the worldwide web that will dictate the future.
As a home based opportunity seeker, you are one of the elite group of people who have awakened to the potential of this new medium. Whether you know it or not, each day that you surf the internet, looking for new things and better things, you are contributing to the advancement of internet business, a process that started so very recently, yet has advanced faster than what we could have ever imagined.
In today’s world, everything is fair game. If you have something to offer the world, it doesn’t really matter who you are and where you came from: you have an opportunity. More and more, the global marketplace does not look into an individual’s skin or his religious leanings. Today, it is more about what you can provide. Again, you must understand that you have something to offer, and it is your job to let the world know that you are in business.
The particulars of the product you offer will have little bearing in your success. It is the quality of that product, and the way you market it, that will determine whether or not you get the financial rewards you seek. Whether you are a lawyer, an accountant, a salesman, or a plumber, you must learn to take advantage of the opportunity that has opened up for literally millions of people around the world. In this day and age, opportunities are everywhere. Be on constant lookout, and you cannot fail to spot the many chances that come your way with each passing day.
Remember: It is all about quality! If the goods and services you offer will solve someone else’s problem that person will be more eager to buy than you are to sell. As a home based business opportunity seeker, make it your business to “solve” the problems of other people. Provide for what they need, and they will be glad to provide for what you need.

What Is The Best Rated Home Based Business?
Copyright: Earl Williams
The NetMarketer
Interestingly enough, the answer is not a “what” so much as a “how.” In other words, any home based business will be considered the best rated by a certain segment of users – usually the ones who have figured out how to turn a profit – while others will give the same business opportunity a cold thumbs down. The reason for this rating is not the fact that the business itself is not sustainable, cannot be marketed, or has too high of a start up cost, but instead usually an individual or group of individuals have not been able to make it work for them.
For this reason it is important to be highly selective when choosing a home business opportunity. The business must be something you like, enjoy doing, and can stand behind. For example, if you decide to sell blue-green algae, you need to honestly and truly believe in the product, its benefits, and versatility, while also being familiar with its production, origin, and future applications. If you cannot get excited about blue-green algae, then you should not try to sell it, since the only thing folks will see is your credibility – or lack thereof – not the great product that sells itself.
Incidentally, you can see this scenario played out time and again on a car lot where some salespeople will rake in the sales left and right while others seem to perpetually get the “just looking” crowd. It is not so much the luck of the draw as the ability of the salesperson to exude confidence, knowledge, and excitement about the product at hand. Whom would want to buy a car from – the person who is pleasant but vague about the ones on the lot, who needs to consult the sales literature to give you the benefits of a given make and model, and who needs to incessantly check in with her or his manager for deals, or the one who can engage you with their own excitement about the benefits of the car, the way it accelerates, the wonderful paint options, the silence of the road when you are nestled inside the seats, and the incredibly low price?
The same is true for any product that you see online. Whether it is blue-green algae, vitamins, credit cards, vacations, or credit counseling – you need to know your product inside an out, stand behind it, love it, know its benefits, and engage your audience.
For this reason it is somewhat futile to look for the best rated home based business, since that which will work for others may not work for you. What good would the rating do, if blue-green algae are simply not something that interests you? It does not matter how many people have made money from it, if it is not your passion, the odds are against you. So instead of ratings, look for business opportunities that interest you, which speak to you, which you can see yourself pursuing not only now but also in the long run!

Promoting With Search Engines
Copyright: Earl Williams
The NetMarketer
Have you ever had a friend call you and say, “Hey, I Google myself today and actually found me!” Cool, you think. You go to your computer and try to Google your friend as well. Nothing comes up. You tell her. “Oh, well, you have to click “next” at the bottom of the page. Keep clicking that until you’re on like, the forth-seventh page—do you see me yet?” Of course, just keep clicking “next,” why didn’t you think of that?
You didn’t think of it for the same reasons millions of other people searching the Internet don’t think of it. They’re either in too much of a hurry to pay attention to anything after the first results page, or they’ve come to believe that anything after the first results page isn’t as interesting or helpful.
Getting your website and business on search engines is a good way to help promote yourself, but getting to the top of the search engines is where you want to be. After all, people aren’t going to keep clicking until they find your site on the forty-seventh page. People don’t even know they’re looking for your site. It’s your job to put it out there so it’s easy for them to find, and one way you can do this is by getting to the top of the search engines.
Before you submit your website to a search engine you want to first make sure your site is rich in content and that you are avoiding all Spam and html tricks. Then, once you’re listed, keep these points in mind:
1.The higher your number of inbound links, the better.
2.Pay loving attention to each page of your site.
3.Keeping keywords at the top of your page is the best place; matching search phrases is more effective than matching single words.
4.Elaborate graphics are not helpful.
Once you’ve been successful in getting to the top of the search engines, you must keep working to keep yourself there. It is crucial to monitor your status on a regular basis, and pick up the step if you position on search engine result pages starts to slip.

Do You Have A Blog?
Copyright: Earl Williams
The NetMarketer
They’re popping up everywhere. Your favorite website has one. Your favorite television show has one. Even your teenager has one. Blogs. What are they? Why are they everywhere you look?
Most simply put, blogs are like journals—only, instead of being made of the paper and cardboard kept secret by an even thinner piece of cardboard and a lock your baby brother frequently opened with a paperclip, these journals are online. Why does it seem like everyone has one? Well, because almost everyone does. And there’s good reason. Blogs can be used as journals, both private and public; they can be used as ways for fans to discuss the latest episode of their favorite sitcom; or, they can be used by major companies, especially those that are Internet-based, because unlike the traditional forms of advertising, blogs bring in more traffic.
For business purposes, there are many ways companies use blogs. For example, a company may have several blogs on its website, each one dedicated to something different: customer concerns, product updates, etc. In addition to being helpful to customers and other website visitors, these blogs bring in more traffic to the website, as well. Depending on the website, more traffic usually means more money. And more money means—that’s right—you’re on your way to that summer home in the Hampton!
So, how exactly do blogs bring in more traffic? Well, Adsense ads with Google are a good starting point. The search engine visits your page more each time your update, ultimately moving your blog higher and higher on the SERPs (Search Engine Results Page) and leading to more revenue from the ads being represented in your blog.
Some pointers? First, the blogger will need to decide what he or she is going to write about. Choose a popular topic, one that people are interested in. “Underwater Basket Weaving” probably wouldn’t be a very wise choice, as not many people seem to be interested in it. Unless, of course, you’re business is underwater basket weaving, in which case you should by all means write about it. Next, focus on some keywords—these are the words that search engines are going to pick up on. Don’t dowse your blog in these words, but use them whenever you effectively can. Lastly, make sure you write content that will attract, and keep, a strong readership. You want your readers to keep coming back, right?
Go ahead; join the millions of people and businesses alike. Get yourself a blog. Or corner your boss and suggest writing one for your company. Explain how blogs bring in more traffic, more traffic means more money, and more money means—that’s right again! —You’re on your way to the Hampton.

Avoiding Home Business Schemes
Copyright: Earl Williams
The NetMarketer
When you work from home you want to be careful not to end up being scammed. There are six tips to recognize any scam. One should always use a checklist every time they consider an endeavor. These are things you will want to avoid.
1. Avoid deals you do not completely understand. The big print might make absolute sense or get your attention. It is the fine print that will be the determining factor though. The more important your deal the more important it is for you to read and understand the terms. If you actually read the fine print you might be losing more than gaining. Ask multiple questions and get legal help if need be.
2. Avoid deals requiring multitudes of money up front. Don’t spend all at once. Make sure you will get what you pay for. You want to be sure that the golden egg in that basket is real before the scammer has your cash.
3. Avoid deals you are asked to do in a hurry or under the pressure of time. Time should not be important when you are making a business deal. Both parties will want to be sure they know exactly what they are getting into. If someone is trying to rush you in making up you mind it is because they don’t want to give you time to realize it is a scam.
4. Avoid deals with people or companies you have never heard of or know. The best reference is that if you have no clue whom you are dealing with you should find out. Let them know that you will be checking out their business and background. Make sure you follow through and find out all you can. This will keep them from being able to lie to you.
5. Avoid deals that you are being manipulated or schmoozed into. If some one is trying to bully you, charm you, manipulate you to death, or anything else. Make sure to tell them you know what they are doing and walk away.
6. Avoid deals set up to look like a pyramid scheme. These scams are made to look like legitimate MLM and network marketing business but are illegal. The earlier people in the plan get paid with money taken from the new people. These companies have you spend thousands of dollars up front and claim you will be raking in the money in weeks.
The most important thing to remember is that if it is too good to be true than that is what it is, untrue. There is not a person on the planet that does not want to get rich quick. Some people do get rich quick, but not many. People who have more money than they know what to do with earned it over time with hard work. Or someone who worked for it willed it to them.
Anyone with a modicum of common sense knows that all those too good to be true solicitation e-mails and ads you see in the margins of high traffic websites for making thousands of dollars a week with no effort through a home based internet business can’t be for real. Yet there are still thousands upon thousands of people every year whose dreams of easy cash, early retirement and free living override their common sense and encourage them to invest in these home business scams.
As far as other tips for avoiding home business scams are concerned, there are a multitude of resources all over the Internet that list which opportunities are scams and which ones have real income potential. Truly the best of the best tips for avoiding home business scams we can offer is to listen to the little voice inside you. If that voice is telling you the scam’s promises are too good to be true, then listen to that voice, because it’s probably entirely correct!

Determining The Right Product For Your Market
Copyright: Earl Williams
The NetMarketer
A major part of evaluating home business opportunities is determining if the product you wants to sell is marketable, if the market is saturated, and what a competitive asking price might be.
Even if someone wants to start a home business that is not Internet based but rather marketed in the local area, an online auction vendor or aggregator site is still a great way to determine what is out there in the industry, and what the going price might be.
Rule of thumb, according to online merchant experts, is to price the item at about two thirds of what the major online auction sites are asking for the same or similar item, or 65 percent of the top bid over the past sixty days. In evaluating home business opportunities for local sales the buyer must take into consideration that the local cost of living can alter the asking price. Market research for evaluating home business opportunities in this case would weigh most heavily on other local competitors in the industry.
Some of the standard procedures an entrepreneur should do in evaluating home business opportunities are to check both the credibility and the performance of the parent firm.
Home Business opportunities should be evaluated poorly just because they don’t report big dollars in revenue. A small company can be a sound home business opportunity. One advantage of working with a small firm is the accessibility to the executives in the firm, to help answer the evaluating questions about the home business opportunity it represents but to help the entrepreneur get started.
Great sources of information when evaluating home business opportunities are people you know and trust that have dealt with the company. If the small business owner doesn’t have any such resource she or he should then turn to financial statements if it’s a public corporation or to firms such as Hoovers for information about the stability of the firm. Local help would be the Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau.
Vendors of the firm that the entrepreneur is evaluating for home business opportunity are great resources, as they can tell you that the firm pays their bills on time and has been ordering large quantities of products for an extended period. This means sales are good. One important thing for a hopeful entrepreneur to do in evaluating the company is to ask for current and former customers and contact them for honest critiques of the firm. Evaluating home business opportunities should never rely only on the clients the firm offers. You should seek out others that the firm hasn’t put forth as good testimonials. They will be the one who can give you the true picture of what the business is really about. But don’t just go on these testimonials along, you have to take everything into consecration.

Planning For Success

Here are some general start-up tips for a successful home business.
The first tip is a word of caution. It’s easy to think that because your home business can bypass the lease or construction aspects of starting a business, and the overhead costs of furnishing, maintenance, landscaping, utilities and so forth, that you can skip over some other processes to. That attitude, rather than heading someone down the road to a successful home business, could lead to financial business disaster.
An entrepreneurial spirit and a great idea are terrific assets for a successful home business. Other things are important too, however.
Market research and careful planning are of paramount important to the success of a home business, as they are for any business. A business plan is a must. It must include details on the products and services the firm will offer, the type of business equipment and the cost of it that will be needed in the coming five years. It should also include information on the competition in the designated market area. This information should include ways that the new home business will be successful in competing – how it is unique and how it is an improvement over what else is out there in the same industry.
A successful home business is one that is set up as the right legal entity. One of the first things new home-based entrepreneurs should do is learn the legal consequences and liabilities of the various business types, as well as the tax consequences of each. A home business might be more successful as a partnership than sole proprietorship, for example, if additional cash flow is needed, or the entrepreneur is deficient in a crucial home business skill such as advertising, marketing or accounting, for example. An accountant can advise on the various options such as limited liability corporations, S corporations, standard corporations, limited partnerships and so forth.
Unless a successful home business is going to include walk in customer’s homeowner’s or renters insurance should provide adequate financial protection against theft or natural disaster. Of course, as equipment and furnishings are added, the insurance would need to increase. If clients were to come to the home office location, liability insurance would protect the firm from the financial devastating situation of customer injury.
A successful home business is one that is well planned and well funded. There is no such thing as too much preparation.

Putting Christ in Commerce

If an entrepreneur wanted to buy an established Christian home based business there are several resources on the Internet dedicated to that. One Christian home based business marketplace that we studied included not only the listings of Christian businesses for sale, and Christian franchise opportunities but several other features as well helpful to would be Web entrepreneurs.
The categories of information and pages on this Christian home based business site included the mall itself (where the businesses for sale were displayed), Christian blogs, a category called Bible, one entitled E-cards and another called Articles.
Under the Christian home-based business mall heading we found the ten top choices in home-based businesses. What was questionable, though, about these so-called opportunities was that each wanted the consumer to fill out a feedback form but not one of them indicated the type of business or the contact information. So, while this site offered some good articles and information it may likely be one of the Internet marketing ploys disguising themselves as Christian home based business resources simply because the term Christian suggests honor and trustworthiness to many. This is something an entrepreneur looking for a home-based business opportunity must be wary of.
The blogs section of this Christian home based business mall is set up with the mission of answering important Christian topic questions on marriage, evangelism, theology, prophecy, salvation, hell and yes, Christian home based business. Over 4000 questions are presented her.
The Bible section is a category of quizzes one can take to test and learn about what the scriptures say about dozens of topics. The user can choose to test their bible expertise on finances, creationism, poverty, abortion, stem cell, world religions and many other subjects.
The free e-cards might be just the thing to create top of the mind awareness for a Christian home based business. For little time and no expensive whatsoever the owner of the Christian home based business can send a birthday card, a happy holidays message, a sympathy card, a congratulatory message and many others to clients, co-workers, vendors, business associates and friends and family.
The articles portion of this site offers tips to the owners and managers of Christian home based businesses on topics as diverse as home equity loans, affiliate programs, getting an online degree, buying business insurance, and taking care of her or his health.
So, while the home based business opportunity list of this allegedly Christian site is somewhat questionable it’s still a helpful resource.

Get Started with a Small Home Based Business Opportunity
Copyright: Earl Williams
http://www.NetMarketer.org
If you are tired of the corporate world, and you are looking for a way to break out, you may want to consider starting a small home based business. This can be one of the best ways to gain both financial and personal independence.
Many people stray away from starting a home based business because they are afraid that the workload is going to be too much to handle. There are a lot of stories circulating around about people who own their own businesses having to work 20 hour days, seven days a week. Even though there are people that are extremely dedicated to their home based business, it is a myth that you will have to work 100-hour weeks in order to be successful.
One of the best ways to get started with a home-based business is to keep it small from the beginning. There is no reason to get ahead of yourself and start hiring employees and renting out warehouse space. There are many small home-based business opportunities that you can look into.
One small home based business opportunity that is very popular in today’s day and age has to do with selling products via the Internet. The reason that this is so popular is because you do not have to deal with opening up a retail location, or stocking tons of products from the start. The only things that you will need to do is decide what you want to sell, and get everything set up online. By doing this you can be in business in no time. This small home based business opportunity will give you the ability to work the hours that you want to work; you will be in sole control of everything.
Another small home-based business opportunity that you may want to check out is becoming a freelance contractor. By doing this, you will be able to take on the jobs that are of interest to you, and forget about the ones that you do not want to complete. The great thing about being a freelance contractor is that you can do this in almost any industry. The most common ones are writing, sales, marketing, and computers/internet, but you can be a contractor for any industry.
A small home-based business opportunity may be just what you are in need of. There is no reason to be scared of these opportunities, because you will be in charge of everything that you are doing. Remember, one of the reasons that you are probably leaving the corporate world is so that you can have freedom and independence. With a small home based business you will be in charge of everything that you do from beginning to end.

What Is An Internet Business Promoter?
An Internet business promoter is programs that can help you attain higher page rankings on search engines. In other words, it is an application that will help you optimize for the search engines.
If you have been operating an Internet business for any period of time, you know that optimizing for the search engines is one of your main tasks. For the obvious reasons, you want as many people to know about your site as possible. More people mean more business, more business means more profits.
Whenever potential visitors use search engines to find the sites they want, they will usually only visit the sites that rank the highest. If you are ranked number 112320 out of 237,899 results, you are out of luck; and pretty soon, out of business. Most visitors will not bother to look at a site ranked so low. An Internet business promoter (IBP) can help you ameliorate this situation.
Internet business promoters offer a variety of features, which usually include the following:
Search engine optimization, ranking, and submission tools. Your main objective in using Internet business promoters is to improve your rankings on the search engines, so obviously your IBP should include a set of tools geared towards this goal. IBP optimization programs analyze the current top search results for particular keywords on the search engines you select. After the analysis is complete, the application will generate a report that details the changes you have to make to achieve the same results. It is important that your IBP optimization program use up-to-date information for its analysis; it should preferably operate in real-time. A good IBP will allow you unlimited use in terms choosing keywords, checking rankings, and so forth. It should also allow you to analyze the various elements that comprise your site.
Online directory submission tools. IBP programs also allow you to automate or semi-automate various tasks, such as submitting your sites to online directories. Automatic submissions work in exactly the way you would submit your site; there is no appreciable difference except that you don’t personally have to do the work. By decreasing the amount of work that needs to be done, you will be able to increase the number of directories you actually enlist in. This in turn will help you generate more site traffic.
Miscellaneous applications. Most IBP’s also come bundled with various applications; usually those related to crafting reports. These reports are intended to be shown to your various clients. The reports are often fully customizable. You can alter the cover sheet, the title of the report, your business logo, the company name, the company’s address, your company URL, and the recipient's address.
By using an Internet business promoter, you are assured of better ranking results. So why wait? Think of purchasing one today. It will be an investment that will more than pay for itself in the long run.

Starting your own Affiliate Program is Possible
Copyright: Earl Williams
http://www.NetMarketer.org
If you own a company you know how difficult it can be to drive traffic to your website in the early stages of development. At some points you probably feel that you have no chances of surviving because you are not getting any customers to visit you online. If this sounds like a problem you are having, there is a solution that you can look into implementing. Starting an affiliate program may be just what you need to increase the level of traffic that your website is currently getting. Even though these programs can be difficult to set up, it will be well worth it in the end.
There are a couple of steps that you must take when starting your own affiliate program.
1. The first thing that you must do is deciding the goals of your affiliate program. In other words, you want to determine what kind of results you are chasing after. By having an idea of what you want to accomplish, you will be able to follow the correct path to success.
2. After you have your goals outlined, you must set forth the details of your program. Every affiliate program works in different ways, and you are going to have to do some research in order to figure out which method will be most effective. The first decision that you will have to make is whether you are going to compensate your affiliates on a pay per click or pay per sale basis. Then you will also have to make a decision on how much commission you are going to pay. In most cases this is what most people will look at when deciding whether or not your affiliate program is worthwhile. After all, everybody wants to make more money.
3. When you have all the details ironed out, you will then need to set up the actual program. If you do not have experience in this industry you will want to hire a professional to help you out. In order to have a successful affiliate program you will need to have a tracking system in place. This is a way of tracking the number of visitors that your affiliates send you. Without a tracking system you will never know who to pay or where your traffic is coming from.
Starting your own affiliate program is one of the best ways to market your company. Even though this method of promotion can be a bit more difficult to set up than others, the results that you can obtain will make everything worthwhile. If you have never set up one of these programs you might want to consider it. And if you don’t know where to start, obtaining the help of a professional is the best thing to do.

Ideas for Kids to Make Money
Copyright: Earl Williams
http://www.NetMarketer.org
Summer is here and kids need to make some money. Here is one way some boys from California found a way.
One would seldom think of looking in the Los Angeles Times for ways that kids can make money. Since the mid 1990s the Times has tended to focus on ways that children can become better readers. It even has a special “Reading by 9” page. In May of 2006, however, the Times did provide details about one of the newest ideas for kids to make money.
That article was about local boys who made a habit of chasing exotic cars. They used their cell phones to catch video of those exotic cars. When those boys got their first videos, then they discovered one of the newest ideas for kids to make money. They found that they could make money be selling their videos to various websites, sites where the viewers wanted to look at exotic cars.
More recently, after many months of selling those videos, these same boys have begun pursuing another of the ideas for kids to make money. They have started to design their own website. At this point it looks as though that new website will be called car-parazzi.com. The boys are going to post all of their video on that website. Then they can get some money from the ads they place on that website.
Of course these boys realize that ads on a website represent just one of many ideas for kids to make money online. They are well aware of the fact that great video might encourage other website marketers to put a link on the kids’ website. The kids would of course get money for such a link.
So these young boys could, continue to make money simply by filming all of the local Porches, Lamborghinis and Ferraris. Right now these boys know exactly where to go to find exotic cars. They know that they do not have to go far. There are many exotic cars on the streets of West Las Angeles.
These boys would probably have little trouble marketing their new website. These boys became famous overnight. CNN used one of their videos when reporting about the mystery surrounding a wrecked Ferrari. The boys had gotten pictures of the car and owner before the car accident.
CNN provided the boys with an even greater ability to make money online. Selling video to CNN is not one of the standard ideas for kids to make money. Yet now that this one group of boys has used CNN as a buyer, maybe other kids will try to do the same thing. Maybe another group of kids could create a website with a special type of video. They would, however, encounter a challenge. They would find it hard to create a name as clever as car-parazzi.com. This site is already up and running.

To Your Health

This is a re-print of a Health Story I though would be vary helpful to know.
Lemonade May Prevent a Painful Illness Drink up!
Lemonade, the quintessential summer beverage, may prevent painful kidney stones, according to two new studies from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and Duke University.
The only catch is that you have to drink it regularly. If you don't want the extra calories from all that sugar, just mix lemon juice with water.
It appears to work by increasing the production of urinary citrate, a chemical in the urine that prevents the formation of crystals that may build up into kidney stones, reports HealthDay News. For most of us, a chemical in our urine naturally prevents the crystals from building up, but for those who are prone to kidney stones that chemical does not work and crystallized deposits form. When the body tries to expel those deposits through the narrow tubes of the urinary tract, it causes extraordinary pain and burning.
Study No. 1: In the first study led by Kristina Penniston of the University of Wisconsin, 100 patients suffering with calcium oxalate kidney stones, the most common type of kidney stones, were prescribed lemonade therapy, something the hospital has actually been recommending for about 10 years. In this study, two-thirds of the patients drank 4 ounces of pure lemon juice that they poured into 2.5 liters of other beverages throughout the day or 32 ounces of low-sugar or low-calorie prepared lemonade. The other patients were treated with a combination of lemonade therapy and potassium citrate, a medication that maintains the antacid level in urine. The average treatment time was 40 months. "In both groups, urinary citrate increased and so did urine volume. But the increase in volume was only significant in groups with lemonade therapy," Penniston told HealthDay News.
Study No. 2: The second study conducted at Duke involved 12 patients who had mild-to-moderate hypocitrauria in which they produced low levels of urinary citrate. They were told to consume 120 milliliters of lemon juice mixed with two liters of water throughout the day. The researchers compared those drinking the lemon juice to those taking the traditional potassium citrate, and the results showed that 11 of the 12 on lemonade therapy had increased urinary citrate levels. The kidney stones also decreased in size and number during the course of the treatment, which lasted 41 months, notes HealthDay News.
The researchers from Wisconsin and Duke emphasized that more research is necessary. Both studies were presented to the American Urological Association annual meeting in Atlanta.

Home Based Internet Marketing Business
There are millions of people out there who have started their own home business through use of their computers. While their ideas are fresh and unique, and their business plan has great promise, owners may have trouble getting the word out about their services. Consider starting a home-based Internet marketing business to act as their “word of mouth”.
If your client’s business is a common one in which many entrepreneurs are exploring, your task is to make this business stand out from all the rest. For instance, if a consumer is looking for a web designer, they may punch in “web designer” on a search engine. Millions of individuals and companies will pop up. They will inevitably browse the first sight them come to on the list. You, as a home based Internet marketing business, can’t let this happen.
Develop a Web site solely dedicated to the services your client provides. If you are not familiar with site set-up, you may be forced to include fees in your contract that allow for you to hire a site creator. Include in this site pictures of the client, samples of his or her work, complimentary comments from former and present client’s clients, client’s educational and work background, service prices and special offers such as free consultations.
Include tons of articles that feature certain keywords in which a Google hunter would type in. For a web designing service, they could punch in web designer, web sites, graphic professional, inexpensive web site creators. Hiring a web content provider who will send you copy written by highly regarded writers containing these keywords would be a good alternative if writing time or skill is lacking within your home based internet marketing business. Hiring this kind of help will increase traffic to the Web site in which you have organized to promote your client’s products or services.
While it would be easy as a home based Internet marketing business to simply sit back and let potential customers find your client’s services on their own through the Web site, if you want to be the best, it requires a little more effort.
Another duty of a home based Internet marketing business is to actually reach out to potential buyers of customer’s products or services. This takes much effort and time, but the payoffs could be bountiful. If you send out 100 information e-mails to business owners who could benefit from your client’s services, chances are at least 10 replies will be received. The odds aren’t very good, but bringing in 10 new customers a day is a pretty successful endeavor. In these e-mails, include an offer for a free newsletter subscription, which will update the recipient on present and new services added, coupons for discount rates, links to the client’s Web site and an e-mail address to contact for more information.

Internet Home Business
Copyright: Earl Williams
http://www.NetMarketer.org
There are three important things to consider when running an Internet home business. All will help to increase the fair market value of your company. A web site is a great source of advertising and distribution for a home Internet business. The name of the game is cash flow and one needs to know how to generate this in the virtual world. How will the World Wide Web help out your home business and gain you some cash flow?
Expand markets and increasing sales. The Internet gives the business owner a chance at a much broader market area. There are no more geographic restrictions to hold you back. Simply just building a web site won’t automatically grant you more business. You will need to market to your targeted audience to gain more business. Once properly marketed a web site is a very effective way to reach new and current customers. This can truly make sales a great thing. The web provides the company with a 24 hour per day 7 days a week brochure to be viewed at the client’s leisure. A professional looking web page is of the utmost importance. It is the client or potential client’s first view of who you are and what you do. You will want to utilize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to increase the traffic onto your site and get better and higher ratings. This will make sure your web site is in the first few pages of search results. You can also hire a consultant to help you with marketing if you don’t know what you are doing.
Maximize your profitability. Using the Internet will also allow you to increase your profitability. Not to mention streamline automation in your home business. It will be easy for your customers to order replacements parts, refer friends and family, and order new products you carry faster. You will only be a click away from a sale. You will be able to use e-mail to show off new products and give your customers coupons. Make sure to have a spot on your web site that allows the customer or potential customer to fill in their name and e-mail address. This will allow you to give them promotions and newsletters regularly. The more they see and hear from you the better off you will be and the more you will make.
Increase customer retention. The Internet also provides a great amount of customer contact and support. Being readily available for immediate response to your clients makes them trust and respect you. They will want to do business with you again. Also the content that you provide your customers with will also keep them coming back to hear the latest news and learn more. This is a great way to keep customers visiting till a new product is introduced. They will be more likely to buy from you again if they got to read about the benefits and have faith you will be there for them.

Blog design
Copyright: Earl Williams
http://www.NetMarketer.org
It is great that the phrase blog floats around the net day in and day out, but what if you have no idea what a blog really is? Is this going to be helpful to your web site? No, not really. Here we will offer the skinny on the phrase blog, and you can decide for yourself if it may or may not be useful in your web pages. This way you will not be wasting your time on something you may not need, and the energy can be put to something you find more useful for yourself.
The term blog refers to web log and it is in every fashion not a commercial or professional site. It is more of the personal nature, for comment or web site material. Generally the most recent information on a blog is kept at the top of the page, all blogs are in dated log formats. Often they will have commentary of other sites or links directing you to them. Many times the site is dictated by group links and the log is updated frequently. The opinion is this is the very first web log; back in 1993 it was the Mosaic. This was generally a compiling of links that where kind of disregarded. It took until 1998 for they’re to be a mere handful of these so-called blogs in existence. The blogger all knew each other and were swapping the links between each other.
By the year 1999 this term blog was starting to pick up pace, and as a result became a phenomenon. Once it became free to the public, it really took off and was a pastime that was enjoyed by many. Web logs were hand coded by developers on the web before the software became available. The use of html was the main coding for this program, and the web designers at the time were pretty much the only ones that knew it. Now that this new software is available to the general public, anyone is capable of making a blog. The moment blogger was released in 1999 it became a huge success with the public. Now people are not restricted on what kind of web log they make, fast-forward to the year 2000 and people are making as many as 300-350 new blogs daily. There is actually a directory for all these blogs, and it contains as many as 5,500 entries. This is now a craze with over 750,000 blog users; this was not merely a passing trend obviously.
There are multiple tools these days for the people that are truly interested in blogging, this software can be found online and has become extremely popular. Check out the craze for yourself, and see what you think of it you may just enjoy it yourself.

Buying Wholesale
Copyright: Earl Williams
http://www.NetMarketer.org
So you have decided that you want to get into the whole wholesale marketing scheme, this is great as it is one of the fastest growing industries on the net, actually it is one of the fastest growing industries period. So, what have you decided to sell? Did you figure that part out, or are you still up in the air with this one? There are some very important things to consider when going with wholesale Internet marketing, capital is a big issue, yet many people who are savvy can get around this one. Sales pitch, well many people can research what seems to be working for others in this field. The biggest issue seems to be the storage and product capacity problem.
Have you ever considered selling stuff that people collect? What about sports cards? This is a very big market, and you could easily find space in even a modest sized home for the product to be shipped in mass quantity. This is a market that is taking off; there are people in every walk of life that collects sports cards. From hockey cards or baseball cards the product is still the same, small and easy to store until it is sold and shipped. You see the problem with choosing a large-scale item such as clothing, or stereo equipment, means that you will need adequate space to store it until you ship it. If you are just starting out, renting a storage space for the product makes for a sure fire crash in your profits. Not to mention the insurance you will want to take out to keep you and the wholesaler safe, in the event of theft.
This is why smaller items that are still popular may be the best bet for positive results and a chance to keep all of your profits. The option is there for the wholesaler to keep the product at there storage facility until the sale is final, and it is even possible for them to ship the item to the customer saving you the trouble. The major problem with this is, everything that the wholesaler has to do such as store and ship the items eats away at your profits. If they store it, they will charge you for the use of space. If they will ship it, they will ship it the way they want regardless if that ends up costing you more either way it matters not to them. This is because it will come out of your share in the end. This then takes you from a legitimate business partner to a simple run of the mill salesperson without most of the perks. Do you see a nasty change in your plans now?
If you still would like to get into just regular selling and don't have the space to store your product, then why not try setting up a website and selling other merchant items on your website like an affiliate program. This will get you into sales without all the cost. You won't be buying wholesale, but you still can make money at it.

Network marketing is not always easy for everyone. There are individuals who are very natural at talking with others and find it quite easy to be in a room full of strangers and talk about what they have to offer. Then there are those who are terrified of the very idea of network marketing and needing to talk to anyone about anything.
Network marketing does not have to be a horrible experience for you and you do not have to have a panic attack at the thought of attending one. When you prepare for network marketing and do not go in with your eyes closed, you will find that it will make an enormous difference in the productivity of your business. Network marketing can be beneficial in building a plethora of resources and contacts that you can have at your fingertips to propel your business forward.
If you do not have a briefcase, it would be wise to purchase one. In your briefcase, you can keep your business cards, brochures, and informative documents about your business and other items that you can use to talk to others about what you have to offer. Keep your briefcase with you at all times, especially when you go to events to network.
Decide in advance how many people you want to talk to and do just that. If it is your first time, you may only want to talk to three people. Although once you are there, you will probably find yourself relaxing and notice that you came home with more than three contacts. Do not forget the business cards of the people you meet. In the excitement, you may forget their names. It is a good idea to jot down some relevant information on the back of the card to help you remember why or why not you like that particular contact.
One way to get to know those who come to the event is to volunteer to greet people as they come in. You are the first person they meet and then you can go up to them during the meeting with some ground under your feet and not feel so terrified.
Being a good listener is a key to being a good at networking. If you spend all your time talking about yourself, and how good you are and very little time, listening to them you will be wasting your time. Remember, people like to talk about themselves and if you let them, they will and they will leave the event thinking how much they enjoyed talking to you and will remember you. This is also an excellent way to glean information about them and the business they have to offer.

Work at Home Scams
Copyright: Earl Williams
http://www.NetMarketer.org
Looking for those legitimate home business opportunities that are out there? They are really there, not all of them are scams. Make sure you always check with the Better Business Bureau before signing into any at home job. It is always better to find out about a scam before you have bought into it. Real businesses will be interested in what you are going to do for them. They will want to know that they will be represented in a becoming fashion that will make them more money in the long run from your success.
A real company that is looking for affiliates will not SPAM your e-mail with offers. These are the tools of the scam artists out there. They send bulk junk e-mails hoping someone will, and they do, will fall for it. The real companies will post the needs on sites that are relative to what they do and sell. You will go to a specific site of a specific company and it will have an advertisement to work at home. They will also expect you to seek them out and will probably not even bother with you till you make the initial contact. You will be able to find other sources in magazines and books related to business or a specific type of business as well. Even when you do find that legitimate at home business opportunity you will want to look at their history. You will want to know the experience others have had working for them and check the Better Business Bureau for any complaints. Never just invest with out digging around for a while.
There are some red flags to be looking for when searching for a home-based work opportunity. If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. You should be wary of any business that offers you unrealistic amounts of money for mundane tasks like stuffing envelopes. If someone offers you thousands of dollars per hour to do nothing of any value then there is probably a problem. Think about it, would you pay someone $1000 per hour to watch television and eat Cheetos? Not likely. Real companies expect real work done right not laziness. Working from home does not mean you do nothing. If the company puts pressure on you to "decide now" or tries to force you to "buy now".
This is not a very good sign and is not legitimate. Real business owners want money but they want to know who you are and what you will be doing for their company’s name. They don’t want just anyone to be promoting them. Be wary of having to pay to get a job. You don’t have to pay the grocery store to work for them and it applies to at home jobs as well. More than likely this is a scam. Check your state agency to see if the previous buyers list is posted as required by law. If the company you are looking at doesn’t have one then don’t buy into it.

Easy Website Business
Copyright: Earl Williams
http://www.NetMarketer.org
Clearly one of the best methods for promoting your website or small net business is to use articles. This very simple way to give informative information and best of all it is free to use. You do not need to be a pro or a professional writer, to be able to place articles on your website. Having articles that are directly related to the theme of the site, will in turn give you an edge on the competition. By writing an article yourself and submitting it to the directory that you are using to get your articles, you then are feeding the community with great content for everyone to share.
There are literally hundreds of these directories of articles on the Internet, being a member of multiple web societies will yield more and more reference materials that you can benefit from. When making an article that you intend on placing on one of the many directories, it is very important to keep the required formatting in mind, there are some directories that wish for you to use no formatting, this is not a bad thing as in the end it will save you time not having to set the formatting up. Just make sure it is all done in a text document, and all will be fine.
Sometimes the directory will require a keyword to go along with the article, and may or may not ask for a brief description of the article in a separate box. Along with all this information, it is a great idea for you to have a resource box at the bottom of the article. This is an excellent way for you to give information about you, and the website or sites you may have. This is an excellent method of self-promotion. The key here is to generate as much traffic to your website as you can, by efficiently using web content and articles that appeal to people. This is very effective when you find great articles that pertain to your site in a whole.
There is a very good chance that if someone reads an entire article that you have written, that they will be willing to read more of your work. This can easily draw them to your site out of curiosity, and could generate a new sale. This new sale could then be referred to someone else looking for the same product or service, and again draw a new customer. Word of mouth on the Internet is a very powerful tool indeed. So in closing, it is clear that these services known as article directories do have a solid purpose in the way of generating more traffic to your intended target. That target is your website.

Website’s Success
The Key to Your Website’s Success
Copyright: Earl Williams
http://www.NetMarketer.org
You’ve finished your website. Whether it’s dedicated to your home business or your favorite rock band, it’s complete and you’re rather proud of it. It’s informational, user friendly, and aesthetically pleasing. You’ve even peppered your website with the appropriate keywords to help attract visitors. Your next task is promoting your website.
Promoting your website may seem like a daunting task at first. You expect the traffic to just roll in; after all, who wouldn’t want to read all the wonderful things you have to say, or take advantage of all the awesome services you can provide? However, there are millions of websites out there, so effectively promoting your website is a key part in its success.
There are many websites out there that will help in promoting your website for a fee. Yet, there are also many ways you can promote your website yourself for free. Do you send out a lot of emails, or belong to several web forums and discussion groups? If so, consider developing a signature file. This short tag at the end of your letter or post can contain business and contact information such as your name, your business name, your telephone and/or fax number, and your website address. You can even include a catch phrase to lure people into visiting your website.
Look into submitting your website to all the major search engines, such as Yahoo! and Google. There are also free websites out there that help you in promoting your website for free, such as Website Launch Pad. Also, consider adding a blog to your website and submitting your address to blog search sites and directories as well as creating RSS feeds. Visit guidetorss.com for a list of websites and RSS directories to help you in submitting your blog. If you comment often on another blog, make sure to include your signature file at the end. Other readers will see your website address and visit.
Try hooking up with other webmasters; they may be interested in promoting your website on their own if you agree to advertise their website on yours in return.
Each of these is an effective tool in promoting your website; together, their benefits are even better. Remember, websites that are informational, user friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and keyword rich are going to gain, and retain, the most traffic.
If you are looking for an inexpensive (think free) way to promote your website and your business, thus increase traffic and sales, consider promoting your website with keyword articles.
By promoting your website with keyword articles, you can get the link, or address, to your website circulating the Internet very quickly—in places where the content is relevant to your website! It’s simple—perform a search for sites that accept articles for free and make sure these sites will offer a live link back to your website. Choose the sites that accept articles that will be related to your own website. A good place to start is Free Sticky which offers a chance to submit articles, use their articles as content for your website, and advertise with them; however, you will find many other sites that accept articles. Browse through them and find the ones which accept articles that best relate to the content of your website.
Next, get started writing your articles. Make sure they are rich with keywords that are relevant to not only the topic, but your website as well. Do not worry about writing tons of articles at first—you can write one article and submit the same one to several different sites that accept articles. Once you get the hang of it, you can write more articles and branch out with different—yet pertinent—topics. Remember, you can send your articles to various different websites, thus getting use out of each article more than once.
Promoting your website with keyword articles is inexpensive, quick and easy, especially if you enjoy writing. Everyone needs content for their websites, and many people use free content articles just for that purpose. Check into sites that accept articles about topics relevant to your website, write your articles, submit them, and wait for the traffic and sales of your website to increase.

Balancing Act
Balancing home and work for Your home Business
Copyright: Earl Williams
http://www.NetMarketer.org
With so many young people trying to work from home on the Internet it is amazing just how many of them really do not have the slightest idea, of the workload they have gotten themselves into. Many of these people did not even sit down and assess what it is that they see as reasonable personal goal. This is a huge mistake on their part. You must know what you want in order to find a way to obtain it. It must be clear to everyone willing to jump into the Internet marketing world; if you are not sure whether or not you have drive and a willingness to succeed you might want to save yourself some money and much aggravation. It is easy to want something, and you may know how you have to get it. There is this little issue about dedication and determination do you have it? Why put yourself through the troubles of failing and wondering exactly where you went wrong.
The great Winston Churchill once said, If you find yourself walking through hell, just keep going. This idea of the struggles people face, in business and in life is just that. Struggles, the winners will survive and the weak will fall. This has been a true facet in life since the beginning of time. Basically staying power in the Internet marketing business is about keeping your face off the pavement.
They also do not get the fact that because it is their business, and not someone else’s responsibility that they in turn will have to work probably much harder to keep it going. When these people hear the nonsense about working 1 hour per week and striking it rich, I truly feel sorry for their heads and wallets when they inevitably re enter the earth’s atmosphere, and hit the ground with a screeching halt. Again this may be nothing more than naivety. And not total stupidity. The unfortunate part for most people new to the scene is that they have absolutely no idea just what it entails on a time basis. What must be remembered is that success cannot be bought in a can. It is the single marketing plan and strategy that is doomed to fail. You must be able to walk many avenues in order to reap the benefits of the successes it can yield. Buy into what you feel truly will get you ahead, listen to what other marketers are saying in the forums and try to catch on quick. This field is extremely fast and waits for no one. The best way to do business is to spread out your resources as much as possible; the best way for exposure is to be out in the middle of the field.

Online Money Making Business
Copyright: Earl Williams
http://www.NetMarketer.org
The rule to any successful business is sell stuff to make money. In order to do this you must have salesmanship and must be able to close a sale. Having plenty of customers is essential to running an effective and profitable business. Winning customers online is great for business but still has its ups and downs. You will be exposed to the whole world and have a huge market place. On the downside the exchange is so impersonal and it is hard to make people feel comfortable and trust anyone. There are several ways to overcome the lack of direct communication on the web. Accentuate the positives to compensate for all the bad. You can gain great and loyal customers online with some positive feedback.
Be an active participant in you own business. Do and try more things often to see what works and what doesn’t. You might not succeed at first but many times one learns what not to do first. It is all right to fail as long as you learn from it just look at it as feedback. You will need to spend time and money to gain the experience you need. Also be ready to lose your money as well and just call it a lesson learned. A bit of burn will drill the network marketing lessons into your brain for sure.
There are those individuals who truly believe they can log online and make a business up and be making tons of cash in a week. Let’s speak the truth, that isn’t how it goes at all. Just because the web is huge and everyone and their grandma seem to have an online business doesn’t mean their business is successful. The one that are took much time, money, and hard work to get there and it wasn’t overnight. For most good online marketers it took at least a year to get up and running to get successful. They had to budget their time and money well. Don’t assume that putting a huge sum of cash into your business will bring you instant rewards. It is too easy for newbies to not bother using multiple strategy methods and get burnt when their business doesn’t take off. It is important to spend your time and money on several different approaches to see which ones generate the best hits.
There is a lot of room for growth with this type of business set up. This will be due to continual marketing efforts. The money will be assured to come in at the right time. Just hook up with the best feedback companies and you will be happy all the way to the bank.

Keyword Articles
A Great Home Business, Writing SEO Keyword Articles
Copyright: Earl Williams
http://www.NetMarketer.org
For every successful freelance writer who is living the dream by writing for Rolling Stone, Newsweek or Cosmopolitan, there are a thousand others who come up against rejection after rejection and start to lose faith that they will ever make money from their craft. It’s easy to get discouraged that your writing will never get you anywhere, but there is one very good home business writing opportunity you have probably either overlooked or never considered that will generate real, tangible income for you from writing even if it doesn’t happen to be glamorous or prestigious like writing for a major national magazine.
This home business writing opportunity is in the area of search engine optimized keyword articles. The market for search engine optimized (SEO) keyword article writers has exploded over the last two years. Essentially, business owners and cyber entrepreneurs have caught on to the fact that the success or failure of their business often relies directly on the levels of website traffic they get and their conversion rates from this website traffic. Therefore, it is in their best interests to generate relevant website traffic while providing content that will actually relate to their visitors.
This is where SEO keyword articles and your home business writing opportunity come into play. Businesses who want more traffic through search engine clicks hire writers like you to produce relevant articles laden with common search phrases and word combinations relevant to their business. They post the articles on their websites and then every time someone searches for these phrases, your article on their website comes up. This helps draw more traffic and potential customers to their website.
Make no mistake – becoming an SEO writer is a real way to make money as a home business writing opportunity. The work is plentiful, if not hugely fascinating, and the pay is steady, if not fantastic. You may not be writing for Rolling Stone, but by taking advantage of this home business writing opportunity, you can start to see a real income from your writing which is more than many freelance writers are able to say.
